“Great beach front hotel. Staff were friendly and tasty breakfast options which rotated most days. We were disappointed that some of the kayaking, tennis lessons and the gym wasn’t available as described. In part due to a hurricane. The hotel could have done with a better welcome tour or welcome / information pack as we had to ask the front desk a lot of questions. But the lady on reception was great and very helpful. (Five stars for her)”

“Los domos son muy bonitos para fotografías, pero la realidad es que están muy descuidados. La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). El hecho de que no hagan limpieza todos los días hace que la cantidad de bichitos sea muchísimo mayor que en otros glampings……

“El personal que atiende por teléfono debe estar capacitado para explicar el acceso al estacionamiento del hotel y deben poner un cartel o algo que indique por dónde entrar para no equivocarse se escaleras y el elevador debe llegar hasta el sótano.”

“I Loved the cottages! They were very comfortable! We had everything we needed, and the extra items for the beach were appreciated (after-Sun lotion and bug spray)! We rented an electric bike to take to a Cenote, and back to Tulum for shopping and lunch … that was so much fun! The only thing was the beach restaurant was very expensive … BUT … the food was great! It truly was a good stay. ”

“This is an amazing place. The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours. After park hours, you can keep your wristband. There are some great restaurants down the beach and the restaurant at the beach club is good. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent. We loved the beach club and the beach itself is beautiful with nice clean fine white sand. There is……
