“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”

“意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。”

“We haves stayed at this hotel four times, including two occasions this trip, and enjoyed each visit but frankly found it a little better the first couple times. They used to have an afternoon tea/proseco session for the guests in a comfortable setting within the hotel. On our first trip this service wasn’t offered and though this stop it is, the setting is now a cold sterile outside gravel covered seating area. We love this conveniently located hotel with great rooms and wonderful staff and……

“The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.”

“The roof was amazing for this property. Also loved the location as it was very central and close to everything we needed. Very happy with our choice. With that being said apartment should be cleaned better before guests arrive as everything had a layer of dust. Plus there was a leak from the roof into one of the bedrooms into the end in the middle of the night. ”

“We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!”

“The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!”
