“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The rooms are of nice size. They do need to remove the "free bottle of wine" perk since they no longer offer it. Overall, I like this property. I refer my family to it when they're in town. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. The only thing that i would change would be the……

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
