“The property was comfortable and clean. Two screen doors and screens on windows were fantastic because i like sleeping with the windows open and the temperature was perfect. Outdoors areas including front patio and back porch were terrific assets for us. We like to relax outdoors. This property is close to everything in town - easy walk to most places we wanted to visit.”

“The property was located in a quiet area, with great views, very relaxing. The host was very friendly and great to communicate with. Definitely a great place to stay and comfortable. I only marked down a little due to the place needing some updating. The refrigerator leaked water on the inside (but I think that could be fixed with a good defrost as this happened to one of my fridges at home) and the back yard needed weeding but otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. “My wife, I, and our son’s family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this well located, clean, roomy and comfortable house in the hills south of Glenwood Springs. We especially liked our time on the decks with the incredible views of Mt Sopris. The management company was quick to respond to my questions. Our only negative note is that the house’s exterior is in need of maintenance. Overall, we do recommend this property.”
