“The staff was very accommodating before and during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. There was a staff member to open the gate at night, no matter what time (even at 4 am). The location was great- many clubs, food trucks, and pharmacies nearby. The beach club access was nice too (you have to pay to enter the national park but it is free to enter the beach club with free parking and 10% off the menu with your room card). I really appreciated how the front desk always had……

“Our apartment was spacious and clean with coffee and sugar provided as a nice touch! Pool did not look very appealing but beaches are accessible by car through Jaguar park and many cenotes nearby. ”

“My family stayed at this hotel in August, and we loved it! This is a brand new hotel that just opened this year. While everything is brand new, they are still working to finalize the hotel (finish one section of it and fully stock up the rooms with kitchen supplies, such as plates, cups, utensils etc.). “A lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesn’t really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.”
