“Not a bad place to stay, it is on the edge of Gatlinburg. And not in the middle of the hustle, which made it a lot better. I loved the blinds, the room was great. The shower head needs to be moved up some. I am 5'2" and still touched it with my head. Great view, if you get river front. The staff wasn't to friendly. Was greeted, and that was about it. They didn't try to make you feel welcome. ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“The place was fine. Location was quiet and the creek behind it helped with sleep. I did have what i was told, a bear sniffing around my motorcycle and left some paw prints on it. Got muddy prints but no scratches. ”

“The only thing i didn't like was that the Freezer didnt keep our stuff frozen seemed like it needs to be turned down cooler. Other than that we loved it and we will be back again to sray .”

“I got two nights and ended up getting an extra night due to how much I loved it! A bear did get into my car overnight, but the property owner Ms. Lisa came to let me know what had happened and she was super sweet! Its not that far from town and there is a trolley stop right in front of the resort. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan on coming back soon!”

“Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.”
