“The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. “Beautiful property. The staff were absolutely fantastic! There is not a need that you might have that the staff will not tend too. John and Adna will do everything to make sure your stay is fabulous. This property is further down in hotel zone, quiet, clean, and the staff will park the car for you. Absolutely beautiful rooms. “The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet……
