“No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. “Clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The pool was amazing, the ocean out from was amazing. Breakfast was good (we didn't eat any other meal here). The gals in the spa were so delightful, but if you are a spa goer on the regular you will probably be disappointed. It didn't really have a spa feel and was super small- I did kind of expect more for a wellness resort. ”

“This was my second stay at the Luna Azul and I will stay there again. It’s a quaint little hotel with a very refreshing pool. It’s in a location where I can walk to the Malecon to go shopping… to find good restaurants. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. My room is always cleaned spotlessly every day. I trust the staff completely. The only thing that would make it better would to be a mini fridge in the room. But that is my only recommendation. “Thos hotel was Absolutely Wonderful!!! We would stay here again and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a super central hotel while in Cozumel. All of the shops and restaurants are within a one to ten minute walk. The staff are SO friendly and the continental breakfast that's included is just Great. The fresh squeezed OJ is Fantastic 😊 The only thing I would mention is that I think this hotel is Perfect if you are out doing activities. If you are looking to just chill by a pool……

“This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. “Amazing hotel with the nicest staff ever. I emailed them prior to coming if they can hook me up with champagne, flowers and candles to propose to my girlfriend and they made it happen big time. They recommended doing it at sunset with our ocean view room and it surpassed all expectations. 10/10 recommend to all who travel to cozumel.”

I first came here 30 years ago, and they have really "upped their game", with a beautiful and large beach area, a great breakfast overlooking the ocean, and entertainment every night. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
