“We checked in really early and the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure housekeeping got our room ready really quickly. We had lunch in the bistro while we waited which was very pleasant. The bar staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room was amazing and really comfortable, after a long flight and the onset of jet lag it was just what we needed.”
