“Perfect house for a family vacation or just a couple getaway. This property was brand new and immaculate. Thank you for your quick response and ease of registration. ”

“The house was perfect! Very clean and the kitchen had everything one needs. We heated the pool which made for relaxing evenings when we had enough beach. Location was perfect too. Short bike or walk to the beach and just a golf cart or bike away from wonderful restaurants. My teens loved the bunk room & the pool table. We would stay here again and have shared the listing with friends for their trip too. Benchmark Management were super responsive and so easy to work with. I appreciated the above……

“We spent a week at the beach with friends and enjoyed the house and location. It was quiet, the pool was wonderful and the screened in porch off the kitchen for dining was perfect! The beach was exactly 1/2 mile away so an easy walk for short golf cart ride. The only downside were the numerous cameras around the property, I'm sure they're for security but it would be nice for the owner to disclose locations and how they are monitored.”

“This house was a great fit for our two families. Very comfortable beds plenty of bathrooms. The beach was just a short walk and an even shorter ride on the golf cart. Super nice to have when lugging all of the beach gear down! Everyone also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Great stay!”

“I'm leaving this review to warn potential customers about the nightmare I experienced during my recent stay at one of your properties. To put it bluntly, it was the most disappointing rental experience I've ever had, and I feel compelled to share the details so others can avoid the same ordeal. Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, it was one problem after another. Broken sinks, wrong key codes, and a layout that didn't match the listing – imagine having to go outside in the dead……

“This property is exactly as described but better. The main portion has 3 bedrooms and the guest house portion has 2 queen bedrooms which is perfect for older kids or adults. The hot tub was awesome and it is a short drive (a couple of minutes) or walk to the main access to the beach. There was a great restaurant within walking distance. The property provided linens which had all been professionally cleaned and sealed. This was my first time experiencing this service and it was awesome. Both……
