“The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans”

“Check in was good because the front desk person told us that the room that Travelocity offered for an upgrade (with an extra charge) would not accommodate the three of us.. she gave us another room but when we got to the room, none of our keys worked.
