“Nautibeach Condos are everything you could want…comfortable condo - big pool - beach with chairs. And, did I say that the view is breathtaking? The complex is kinda dated but everything else makes up for it!”

“Most relaxing vacation ever!! Beautiful, quiet, clean, well maintained, quaint hotel on cliff side with best views of the aqua water and Cancun waterfront! Exceptional staff that was friendly, helpful, and gracious. Stairs down to the water where swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking awaits you. Walking distance to south end beach bars with live entertainment! Paradise!”

“Comfortable bed and pillows with all the amenities. Two min. walk to beach, three min. walk too downtown. Lots of restaurants and mini-marts a stones throw away. Will stay again.”

“Our room at Cuxos was really lovely and we had an amazing view. A microwave would have been a nice addition and beware there is no elevator. We were under the impression we could use the lounge chairs on the beach for free (with a tip of course) but were told by the guys working that it was 600 pesos plus a food/beverage requirement. Just next door at The Mayan/Nauti Beach there was only a 600 pesos food/beverage requirement. So for our 2 beach days we went there instead. ”
