“My husband and I enjoyed our time as we were only there to relax. We got the swim out room which was great bc we were able to relax in the pool at all times. The staff kept the property spic and span. The drinks were ok. They provided personal bottles in our room which were very strong. The buffet was ok. “Overall, excellent resort! Our room was amazing and clean. The food was delicious and I strongly recommend making your restaurant reservations for your stay the moment you arrive. The lady at the desk who helped me with this set me up nicely for my entire stay. The only reason for the 4-stars under staff is due to some punk kid (staff member) that literally wanted my son’s DNA and his passport in order to play in the gaming room. Even if he was just following policy, I find it a ridiculous ask……
