“We had a great time in Meliã Puerto Vallarta. Espectacular service, amazing food and the staff is very kind, always taking care of the guests. It is perfect for children, my kid had an amazing time in the pool and beach. It is true that the infraestracture needs renovation but it is minimal issue compared to the sevice and the food. ”

Con la excepción de un solo empleado que desafortunadamente no se su nombre pero era el que estaba en el escritorio para hacer las reservaciones a las cenas,parecia que el las iba a pagar y pésimo su trato, como que me estaba haciendo el favor de darme de "cenar" en los restaurantes especiales ”

"酒店环境不错，餐厅食物好吃，选择多样化，餐厅服务好。游玩选项多。不足：提前告知酒店结婚40周年纪念日，但没有给予任何安排。"

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
