“let me start positively, the people who work there try to solve the problems of the hotel but they walk with their hands in their hair they can't handle it. Our holiday: day 1 no water, day 2 only cold water, day 3 only cold water and no electricity. Day 4 everything worked except the WIFI but that is survivable. day 5 there was a very limited breakfast, just some fruit. day 6 no water, day 7 cold water. We spent some time at the reception, unfortunately. The beach and the pool are also nothing,……

“We went specifically to beach snorkel but area for doing so was VERY small.. we did pay to swim in turtle sanctuary but outside of those 45 minutes x 2, our fish viewing was limited.”
