“We had a great stay on our third time to visit CRT. Everything met the high standards as expected (hospitality, room, amenities, food, beach, etc...) and met some fantastic staff. We were well taken care of and made great memories (DR).”

“We stayed for 5 nights and it was a good time. Property was very clean with good food. The staff were kind and helpful. Buffet at Hadar was great, Ismael, Shaira & Victor were great here along with others we sadly did not catch their names. Lows, lots of seaweed. The heat seemed to exasperate the issue. ”

“The facilities are great. The staff is delightful & helpful. The room was spacious, well decorated, and super clean. Food was wonderful in all the restaurants. Our room was described as ocean view but it was partial ocean view, which wasn’t great, but there were so many positives, we let that one go. Overall, the resort is top notch. The pool area is great. The beach is quiet and enjoyable although the water wasn’t great (a ton of sea weed). We believe this is the case all over Playa del……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
