“I don't know that this was unique, but the grounds around the property were immaculate. The unit we stayed in (#8031) could've used a little TLC. Many of the outlets were broken, the ceiling fan was loud and made knocking sounds which made it hard to fall asleep and we had to have someone come and fix the AC unit within the first 10 minutes that we checked into the room because it was making a very loud screeching sound. “This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems.
