“Is my second time coming, I could notice it was recently renovated and I loved it! Is a big resort with many different things to do. The rooms are great, with comfy beds and all you need . Great staff, specially out concierge Dereck he was excellent, always happy to help, with a great attitude and a big smile! The only thing they should work on is the ACs in the rooms that are not cold enough. ”

“We stayed in a romance suite oceanfront in building one. It was an amazing room with a lot of extra touches. The location was stunning, the service perfection and the food was wonderful. Shout outs to Alejandro, Jesus, Antonio and our concierge Metz. I also highly recommend the spa having done a massage with Perla and the hydrotherapy with Oscar. “Staff was amazing! The resort has a bunch to experience and the spa was one of a kind. ”

“It was our first time at a resort, so we didn’t know what to expect. Most of the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. We loved the ambience and the fact that there was carts to drive us to our destinations. The carts were convenient because we didn’t know where we were going a lot of the time, so they also helped by saving us time. They were very keen on keeping everything clean all of the time. “When I booked it did not realize it was more of a romantic room. I was traveling with my girl friend and it was a bit awkward since her and I are friends best friends. It would have been nice if you also cater to non couples specially the rooms . The shower was a bit much out in the open with a friend.
