“Edgar manager on duty was absolutely the best. He made sure our family was very comfortable and happy. He never disappoints thats the reason why we continue to come back and we make sure to tell our friends and family about this resort. Diana supervisor at the front desk made our check in very smooth. “Me encantó el hotel, aparte de que sus instalaciones son preciosas, el servicio fue de lujo, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue increíble, nos ayudaron con una propuesta de matrimonio y wow toda la logística. Solo hubo el detallito que algunos huéspedes no respetaron la hora de salida de la alberca y ahí fue la pedida de mano. Sin duda regresaré pronto! La ubicación también está ideal porque tienes playa y la 5a avenida y las tiendas están muy accesible caminando.”

“The property, services and staff was excellent. we felt quite safe in myakoba. The spa was amazing. The food at saffron did not disappoint.The only issue was the mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. Our concierge, Juan was particularly attentive, and we felt his absence when he went on vacation.”
