“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “The property is very good and has a lot to offer. There are two issues that I have with it. 1. We book this place because they advertise free transport from and to the airport. However this only applies to Cancun airport and the resort is in Tulum. We flew in to Tulum and had to pay $320 out of pocket for the transport. The property was not willing to offer any sort of compensation or credit. Issues 2. You will primarily have Mexican food even though they advertise internationally. The……

“I don't know that this was unique, but the grounds around the property were immaculate. The unit we stayed in (#8031) could've used a little TLC. Many of the outlets were broken, the ceiling fan was loud and made knocking sounds which made it hard to fall asleep and we had to have someone come and fix the AC unit within the first 10 minutes that we checked into the room because it was making a very loud screeching sound. At one time the electricity went out & we had to have someone come fix……
