The room was super clean when we arrived and the housekeeping team was top notch. The hotel itself is located in a prime spot not too far away from Tulums main attractions. ”

“Great accommodations, well run, delicious restaurant Stayed here 6 nights, absolutely loved it! Beach - 30 feet water to door - kayaks, paddleboards, water shoes, etc. kayaked each day, and always got equipment - BEST place overall was 2 hammocks at end of the pier! Maintenance - many other properties have 'sargasso' problems - thick, smelly, decaying seaweed - Casa Altamar shovels and removes sargasso daily to keep beach clean - similar diligence cleaning bird poop off pier, vs other nearby……
