“The resort is beautiful and you felt Luis got are in paradise. Our swim out room was lovely and covered by trees which offered shade from the sun. We enjoyed the dining options and the nightly entertainment which included a singing competition, shows. Karaoke, and an Akumart (shopping). Drinks were good too. The hospitality and concierge service was top notch. Properly was safe but many times we got lost when walking the property. We would revisit this property again. ”

“The property is great, the rooms are good size. The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here. I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time. ”

“Where it is located is very close to everything, the workers are very attentive and the hotel is very clean and everything is very organized.”

“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. “This place is so beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The photos cannot convey the feeling of peacefulness and serenity that I felt as soon as I walked in. The pool area is very nice and there is a poolside restaurant and spa as well. I did yoga in the yoga tower one morning at sunrise and it was so rejuvenating.
