“Es un hotel con buena ubicación, sobre la playa, muy buen diseño y decoración, habitaciones cómodas y grandes. Los alimentos son de buena calidad. El área de de mejora que tiene este Hotel, es el servicio en restaurante. Tienen muy poco personal, ya sentados ¡tardamos más de una hora para que nos sirvieran el desayuno!. Aunque la persona que nos atendió, fue muy amable, obviamente no puede atender todas las mesas una sola persona. Por otro lado, estaría excelente que pusieran enfriadores……

“I will stick to the basics . Upon arrival greeted at the front desk by Christopher he was terific . He filled us in on everything we had to know .Parking for a small fee under the building was convienent . The Two roof top pools were outstanding . The rooftop restaurant clean and tasty . If you plan on eating breakfast daily at hotel prepay for a better price .The area was quiet and safe . 7 / 11 down the block and many more chain stores plus locally owned nearby . “The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanan. At times service was slow and or did not arrive. And with how much money we spent it would have been nice if breakfast had been included although they do have 3/4 caffeinated nespresso pods in the room for you which are replenished everyday as well as a jug of drinking water. A nice touch would have been hand or body lotion although they do provide aloe and mosquito repellent. Overall beautiful hotel that combines the natural elements into the aesthetic. ”

“ Well maintained. i counted 57 wheelbarrows of seaweed removed one morning from the beach. Th infestation is relentless and not the faut of the property management. We enjoyed the yoga and the multiple lounge spots. Beer was pricey compared to neighboring resorts. We liked the music night, even danced to it. ”
