“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“We had a great time at Barceló Maya Colonial. It’s a family-friendly hotel, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Our stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent — the staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, with direct beach access, nice pools, and plenty of entertainment and dining options. We would definitely come back! ”

“We had an amazing stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel. The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved breakfast at Bordeaux with Rony and Ricardo each morning, as well as lunches at the beach/pool with Miguel. The hydrotherapy at the spa was also wonderful. Overall, we had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to visit again very soon. ”

“Had the best time at The Reef 28. My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere and good vibes. Rooftop was live and amazing. Rooms were cozy and clean. The food delicious and drinks were on point. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Located blocks away from beach and entertainment strip, its definitely worth the visit. ”

“I had an absolutely great time at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum. The staff were very helpful, the buffet always had a wide variety of options whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and there were numerous activities to do. The resort also has a few a la carte restaurants that you can make reservations for that are included in the price. I would recommend doing this as soon as possible because they book extremely fast. The pool was also very nice, well maintained, and had a swim up bar. My room……
