“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “Absolutely beautiful resort. Our room was magnificent. The views from both the living room and the bedroom were stunning. We had an enormous bath in our bedroom. Our wonderful housekeeper Anita restocked our fridge and water and cleaned our room beautifully every day. What a treat after our daily adventures. We had a couples massage. “Property grounds were amazing with jungle like atmosphere, Myan ruins, multi walking trails (one underground), beautiful scenery, cenotes and wildlife. There is a family of 29 spider monkeys that life at the resort along with a small zoo of rescue animals and cats. “What an amazing 8 days in paradise. I can truly say this was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Francisco, the waiter in the buffet made sure me and my family were taken care of.
