“I loved the swim out pool in the family club rooms. I like that the resort provides beach toys. I also love the frequent shuttle service and how convenient things are overall. I am sad that the beach was not able to be used and that the resort has nothing on the website to give updates about Sargassum. I also didn't like that the sail boats are only free if you sail them yourself. ”

“The resort is beautiful and you felt Luis got are in paradise. Our swim out room was lovely and covered by trees which offered shade from the sun. We enjoyed the dining options and the nightly entertainment which included a singing competition, shows. Karaoke, and an Akumart (shopping). Drinks were good too. The hospitality and concierge service was top notch. Properly was safe but many times we got lost when walking the property. We would revisit this property again. ”
