“The best beach, you could be in the ocean for hours at a time. We saw fishes, mantarays, barracuda, etc. The vibrant turquoise color is amazing. The rooms were fantastic (we had an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach). The restaurants were top notch . We rented an overwater cabana at Le Cap and was so worth it! ”

“We’ve been here a few times and oh wow has it changed. Pros: We love the lazy river. It’s amazing. Food has significantly increased in quality over the last time. Lobby has gone through a complete refresh, some of the rooms look slightly updated. Cons: AC in our room just wouldn’t get cold. We had a travel fan which saved our lives but no matter how many times we called, no one ever showed up to fix it or even to give us feedback that they tried. “We stayed for 5 nights and it was a good time. Property was very clean with good food. The staff were kind and helpful. Buffet at Hadar was great, Ismael, Shaira & Victor were great here along with others we sadly did not catch their names. Lows, lots of seaweed. The heat seemed to exasperate the issue. ”

“Service was EXCELLENT. We arrived to Cancún realizing our checked bag had been robbed of some sentimental and valuable items. The Viceroy staff set our trip back on the right trajectory and then some. The resort is intimate, tractable, and most of all… relaxing. It was exactly what we needed to start our trip. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend!”
