“While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. “We LOVED the property! It was big but plenty of golf carts to take you and also the boats available! We had excellent service with out personal bikers victor and Louie who were top notch. I got yelled at for getting ice (he didn’t really yell but he stated it was his job to get this, haha). We had great service at pool Jesus, Carlos, Brian, so many others I feel bad I forgot their names! We will be back! ”
