“The service was great. The food/biffet at La Barca was excellent. The pressure sales on the "this-is-not-a-timeshare" was pretty bad. There needs to be regular scraping of the beach and seaweed collection every day. The whole point of a private beach is to enjoy it. We dis not get into the water because of all the seaweed on the beach to go through.”

“Iberostar waves in Cozumel is a fantastic place to stay. The beach, the pool, the bars, the food, the staff, the dive shop on site, and the wildlife on site are all amazing. This location is very well kept, and you can see the staff constantly landscaping and making the experience worth while. They even has a man with a hawk that will detour the birds during breakfast which I think is an above and beyond thing to do for all guests to enjoy their food without worrying about any animals stealing……

“Very tropical, lush vegetation well taken care of. The only negative thing I found was breakfast buffet the wait staff was slow to serve you felt even looked over to get coffee even if they walked close by. Ore cleaning off tables”
