“Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. “Me encantó el hotel, aparte de que sus instalaciones son preciosas, el servicio fue de lujo, desde nuestra llegada la atención fue increíble, nos ayudaron con una propuesta de matrimonio y wow toda la logística. Solo hubo el detallito que algunos huéspedes no respetaron la hora de salida de la alberca y ahí fue la pedida de mano. Sin duda regresaré pronto! La ubicación también está ideal porque tienes playa y la 5a avenida y las tiendas están muy accesible caminando.”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
