“I had an AMAZING time at the Royalton Splash Riviera. My sister and I started the week out celebrating my birthday, and ended the week celebrating the wedding of our friends. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL at every location. From walking out of the van from the airport, to check in, room service, each restaurant and event space, group activities, etc. The BEST experience for our first all-inclusive resort. Will be returning to this location and visiting more in the near future. ”

“We had a fantastic time at Margaritaville! The staff make you feel like family and treat you like you’re in their home! Food was fantastic as well as the drinks. Would highly recommend and will be returning for sure!”

“The resort itself is beautiful and very family friendly. I traveled with two small children (ages 3 and 5), and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. However, I do want to note an issue we experienced with dinner reservations. We arranged our reservations through a staff member named Natalia (with tattoos and both arms), who confirmed that our dinners were booked for three consecutive nights. Since my husband was only in the country for those three nights, these reservations……

“Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach. Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)”
