“Terasu is a hotel in jungle. The building is not new, but the room is clean. The breakfast was simple, but the scrambled eggs was made tasty. It's not too far from Xcaret Park. This is the reason we chose this hotel. After seeing the evening show at the park after 9pm, it took us 10-15 minutes to the hotel. There is no public transportation to the hotel. If you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxi service which is quite expensive. The staff was very friendly.”

“Overall, a decent apartment style hotel right next to the Alterna ADO bus station which makes transport to and from the airport super easy. Apartment was big and spacious, although the furniture felt small and didn’t really fit the space. Bed was fairly firm and only 2 pillows for a king bed. Rooftop pool was big but there were only a few loungers that were taken up quickly and the other hammocks and seating were not out when we went up to the pool. Location was also walkable to a lot of stuff……

“Mahekal was INCREDIBLE! All of their staff was so accommodating and nice. Manuel was especially amazing! He did such a great job. All inclusive and the food definitely did not disappoint!
