“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here. Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive. The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar. Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought……

“We stayed here four nights on our honeymoon i none of the casitas. All I can say is... wow. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed. There was always space beside the pool or on the beach. No fighting peopel for lounge chairs. This is not a party resort. It's a great place to just enjoy yourself in relative peace and tranquility. Great variety and quality of food. We had dinner at a different place every night (4 nights). Tacos in the afternoon... The service and all the people working here……
