“This resort is amazing. It has lots of entertainments that families can enjoy. It has huge pools and waterslides . The lazy river is fun for those wanting chill time at the water. Apparently, we were assigned in a room for expedia vip, which is huge, comfortable and clean. There's housekeeper coming everyday to clean, change beddings and refill towels, soap, etc. There's also another staff coming to give us bottled water and refill mini bar. My main concern is the food. I didn't enjoy the food……

“The service was great. The food/biffet at La Barca was excellent. The pressure sales on the "this-is-not-a-timeshare" was pretty bad. There needs to be regular scraping of the beach and seaweed collection every day. The whole point of a private beach is to enjoy it. We dis not get into the water because of all the seaweed on the beach to go through.”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Beautiful, brand new 5-star property. Rooms are large with great views, even basic rooms. Restaurants are great and there is only a breakfast buffet (all a la carte otherwise). Gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have seen, very complete. Pools are heated with plenty of seating, each with an umbrella. Service is good, but you can tell that they are still a bit understaffed as restaurant service was sometimes slow. Property is a bit "bare" looking since it is brand new, but the vegetation……

“The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). “Probably the most beautiful property we have ever been to! Beach location was perfect. Absolutely no seaweed. Food at the restaurants were all amazing. No reservations required and no wait! Service was nothing spectacular and we have had better at less expensive hotels. Overall this was a great stay!”
