“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“We had a great room, big one, with two queen beds. The bathroom had a full bathtub with shower, other separated shower, and a separated toilet. It was some issues with the toilet but solved right away. All staff were good and special Bernice from front desk, Eduardo from the pool bar were outstanding, professional and helpful. Food was amazing for all tastes. We had entertainment every single nights and enjoyed it. Excellent were activities around the pool too. Be aware that you have to book……

“First time in le blanc cancun but been to le blanc cabo.. cabo san lucas is newer resort but with same concept . For cancun , the building is older, rooms are smaller with mist of it have no balconies . U have to be a VIP member to get into a room with balcony. Butler service is excellent as always ! Luis is our favorite butler, armando and carlos aa well did a great service ! On point and always gives you options of dining and activities. The coffee shop , melissa is the best ! She memorized……
