“The property is located in a national park within walking distance of Tulum ruins. Felt very safe. It is a bit costly to stay within the park. Many fees for the park and ruins. There are electric carts that run between the entrance, Tulum ruins, beaches and the museum that are very convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic! Food was great and the rooms are unique. Stucco inside and thatch roof made it feel like we were in a hut..glad it didn't rain! Some rooms have showers and toilet……

Water from tap not safe to drink (tasted salty which due to closer proximity to the beach). 1 staff at night-only the security. Admin is responsive but not present in the facility. Quiet area. Only thing is the bed linens are thin and feels like microfiber. Suggest to have available comforter for the bed. Not enough bath towels and face towel for 6 people. Garbage from previous occupant was not taken……
