"喜欢酒店里面的氛围，不喜欢房间内没有酒店游玩设施和餐厅用餐介绍"

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."

"The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day."
