“Over all not too bad. Hotel is clean. Restaurant is nice. And staff is friendly. The only thing is the room we booked is not we expected. We thought we booked an ocean view. But the room we got is partially ocean view. ”

“This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The property is stunning, but what really stood out was the staff- every single person we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely happy to accommodate anything we needed. They went above and beyond with a smile every time. The food was incredible — honestly, next level. From caviar to tomahawk steak, everything was beautifully done and felt very high-end. That said, there are a couple of things I wish I’d known before going: This is 100% a couples……

“Everything was wonderful. They went out of there way to make sure we were having a great time. One concierge was smug and not helpful. It was a guy. He did not seem to want to help us so we just left and came back later and had a girl that was helpful. The food was good. Cleaning staff was awesome! We loved it and can’t wait to come back. ”
