“Excellent hotel- the crew is so kind and take care of everything you need and want. There is a lot of drink, good food, and multiple activities. We stay there with our four teenager and they had good time. Of course we had to pay for some water sports and entrance to xcaret parks.”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Special thanks to Anna for her kind assistance in helping us book our tickets — it made everything much smoother. The room was clean, and the common areas were generally quiet and pleasant. The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, we had a great time ! ”

“The hotel facility and all of waiter is super friendly and awesome great but the employee in souvenir store looks angry and impatience when we buy the plate of spoon. Also meet the problem when our friend want to enter the entrance to pick up us. ”
